My wife and i originally came across the stall at Roots market in Lancaster and i tried the Hillbilly heat and absolutely loved it. I bought a bottle of that and a bottle of the pyro pickle. I ended up annihilating the bottle of pyro pickle. It is litterally the best hot sauce on the market. It goes amazing with tomato sandwiches, burgers, grilled cheese, chicken...anything really. If you like spicy dill pickles, this is the sauce for you.

Best Hot Sauces I've ever had.

You can literally taste every fruit (Peach, Pineapple, Mango) and then the peppers come in w/ just the right amount of heat! This is also great as a wing glaze!

LIT Pineapple & Cherry is F N lit! The Pineapple taste isn’t overpowering. It ends with a slight cherry flavor with the perfect amount of heat. Pairs great with tacos, eggs, sausage and Mac n Cheese!

Loving my order from Sower’s Hot sauce. I bought three different flavors. Pickle, Hillbilly Heat and LIT. All three exceed expectations. You can taste the flavors outlined in their descriptions along with a nice little kick in heat. We’ve been putting this stuff on everything!
